We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help us strengthen our customer relationships and promote client retention and loyalty as we revolutionise the world of financial compliance.

As Customer Success Manager, your role will be to ensure our clients’ needs and expectations are exceeded and to identify and improve on any areas of dissatisfaction.

You will work with our product development and sales teams to make sure clients are optimising their use of the SteelEye platform and that we are giving them the best possible service.

This will include developing and implementing a customer success strategy, creating procedures that optimise the customer experience and developing policies the entire team can follow to ensure all customers receive the same quality of service.

You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from customers, studying other customer success programs, analysing customer data and communicating your findings back to the business to ensure we are continuously improving.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a client success strategy
  • Acting as the main point of contact for our customers
  • Bridging the gap between the client and our product, integration and sales teams
  • Establishing processes for continuous client feedback to identify potential improvements and areas of concern
  • Coordinating with the implementation team to ensure the onboarding and training processes are on time and in-line with the client’s expectations
  • Monitoring platform usage to identify potential red flags and issues
  • Implementing change management techniques when usage levels are low for specific clients

Key skills and experience:

  • A self-starter who can be responsible for driving their own targets
  • Excellent organisation, project management and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Enjoys working in a team environment and has a willingness to help wherever is needed
  • Experience of working in FinTech or financial services is essential
  • Passionate about technology
  • Experience in software or SaaS sales, pre/post-sales, consulting, account management, service delivery and/or customer success management
