We are looking for an experienced In-House Technical Recruiter to join our team and help us to scale across our different regional offices.
Working closely with the Head of People and Culture, you will create strategies for sourcing, assessing, selecting, and onboarding first-class Engineers as well as other key talents to the company. Working from our London-based office, our ideal candidate will be an experienced Tech Recruiter from either an agency or in-house.
To source and support the selection of candidates through direct sourcing, external agencies and our internal referral network
Manage the end-to-end processes of recruitment working closely with internal managers and external agencies, keeping the candidate experience at the heart of each selection process
Develop hiring campaigns including university fairs, diversity & inclusion campaigns and other targeted recruitment events in order to ensure we attract a diverse pool of talent
Manage offer management and subsequent onboarding processes to ensure that new hires are selected with the right level of experience, are a good cultural fit and have a positive experience throughout their onboarding journey
Be a great brand ambassador for the company and be confident in talking about our company, products and culture to potential candidates and agencies
Negotiate on contracts and legal with external parties
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced recruiter with a strong track record at successfully filling Technical/IT roles
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills are essential
Excellent direct sourcing skills through LinkedIn and other recruitment sites
Be very confident with technical language, preferably with knowledge of IT terminology ideally within a SaaS company
Previous experience hiring into Technology/Engineering roles is essential for this role
Strong organisational skills are essential as you will be required to produce MI reports and updates for the Management team
A self-starter who can be responsible for driving their own work
