We are looking for a quality-focused and results-driven QA Test Lead to drive the in-house application testing, test automation, and quality assurance. As QA Test Lead, you will have overall responsibility for the quality and stability of software releases for SteelEye's flagship, customer-facing application, Iris. You will ensure that software is shipped with maximum quality.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Gaining an in-depth understanding of business requirements and technical specifications which will enable you to manage the production of test plans and implementation of automated test cases and tools.
Creating and deploying quality assurance test plans.
Designing and implementing automated tests.
Initiating and ensuring the technical and delivery-facing leadership for all aspects of QA.
Initiating test automation and test engineering practices, including aspects of software development.
Reading, writing, and debugging code in complex programs and supporting the refactoring of existing tests.
Building QAT service capability and coaching others to help improve QAT-wide practices to the wider company.

Strong interpersonal skills are desired as you will be working with multiple internal stakeholders at all times.
