We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Product Manager to join our team in London.  In this role you will work closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Integration teams, and report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

Primary Responsibilities Include: 

  • Working closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Integration teams to understand client requirements.
  • Identifying gaps and proposing the right solutions to clients so they can meet their regulatory requirements.
  • Working with our clientbase to integrate our products in order to fulfill client requirements.
  • Ensuring that new clients are set up to use the maximum benefit from our product.
  • Working effectively with relevant internal stakeholders to deliver successful completion of implementation projects, roll-out of new products and coordinate workflow changes where applicable.
  • Supporting to define internal implementation procedures and operational processes of any new products, functions, and workflows.
  • Working alongside the integration and engineering teams regarding the project management of technical implementations.
  • Supporting the shaping and development of future products.
  • Enhancing and improving existing products.

Key skills and experience:

  • Experience with:
    • Regulatory trade and transaction reporting (MIFID I, MIFID II, EMIR, Dodd Frank)
    • Monitoring and disclosure processes
    • Detailed project plans
  • In-depth understanding and knowledge of:
    • Buy-side and/or sell-side trading, and compliance requirements
    • The requirements of upcoming/recent regulations (SFTR / MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd Frank)
    • Equities, fixed income, and derivatives
  • Ability to keep up to date with the latest market reforms and changes in the industry and our latest product releases.
  • Meticulous eye for detail (e.g. for checking disclosures and reading up on regulations).
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong project management, time management, and process management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
