Today, we're introducing RegSensus, the new company bringing together SteelEye and FundApps.
Both businesses have built expertise in complementary areas of regulatory compliance. SteelEye has focused on trade and communications surveillance, while FundApps has established itself in regulatory monitoring and reporting.
Together, we have an opportunity to build on those strengths, bringing greater consistency and connectivity to how financial institutions manage regulatory obligations.
What does this mean for SteelEye clients? Our existing products, services and contacts remain unchanged. The RegSensus identity will be introduced gradually as we bring the two businesses together.
This marks an important milestone for SteelEye and the beginning of our next chapter as RegSensus.
