We are looking for an exceptional Integration Manager to join our Implementation Team to manage the end-to-end onboarding and data integration journey for SteelEye clients, ensuring seamless implementation of financial trading and communications data into the platform. It combines technical delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and client interaction, while contributing to process optimisation, product quality, and ongoing market and regulatory insight.

Primary Responsibilities Include: 

  • Own APAC client onboarding and data integration into the SteelEye platform, from contract signature through go-live and 30-day hyper-care.
  • Translate signed SOWs and Solution Design Documents into technical specs (scope, models, ETL mappings, FIX configurations and training schedules), and drive Engineering to build, QA and deploy them.
  • Responsible for analysis and integration of clients financial trading and communication data into the SteelEye data platform.
  • Coordinate day-to-day tasks and risks with the regional PMO; deliver concise weekly status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Run client workshops to confirm data scope, field mappings and compliance parameters and regulations.
  • Ensure data quality and completeness in partnership with Product and Surveillance SMEs, validating that ingest meets trade & comms-surveillance standards.
  • Automate and optimise repeatable onboarding tasks - scripts, templates, conformance-test suites - to shorten time-to-live.
  • Surface upsell or expansion opportunities discovered during scoping and go-live to the Sales team.
  • Working with the product team to ensure quality, consistent and accurate data is ingested into the data platform which can then be utilized by the Trade & Communication Surveillance and Market Abuse solutions.
  • Be comfortable with occasional travel (≈ 10 %) to client offices across APAC and with collaborating over London working hours when project milestones require real-time coordination.

Key skills and experience:

Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience

 

Knowledge/experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Implementation manager in the Fintech industry.
  • A strong background in project or programme management
    Jira, Excel
  • Python and BI tools such as PowerBI/Tableau
  • Front office systems and workflows for financial products
  • FIX protocol
    Exposure to a wide variety of EMS, OMS, Exchanges, Vendors and Communication tools
  • Exposure to a diverse set of clients; this includes brokers, hedge funds, investment managers and sell-side firms.
  • You have strong communication skills in the way you interact cross-teams and with clients and document your work well as review and give feedback on others’ work.

  • You’re structured and organised, able to handle the competing pressures of immediate tasks alongside longer-term projects.
  • You enjoy group work and working independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, and are willing to take ownership and responsibility of key business processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, change management, and communication skills.
  • A self-starter who can take responsibility for getting the job done
    Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with the ability to present complex technical solutions.
  • Customer-focused with a keen understanding of user needs, and the ability to work cross functionally.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset.

Languages

  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with strong communication skills. Additional languages (Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese) are preferable. Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Japanese is highly advantageous.
