Now Hiring: Senior Implementation Manager

Join our growing team in Singapore

SteelEye is a fast-moving RegTech (Regulatory Technology) start-up that is helping financial companies (e.g. banks, investment firms, brokers, hedge funds and asset managers) meet their obligations under various global financial regulations.

Our work enhances financial compliance, prevents market abuse and promotes trust in the financial markets. Our people are passionate about leveraging data and technology to make this happen.

We are looking for an exceptional Integration Manager to join our Implementation Team to manage the end-to-end onboarding and data integration journey for SteelEye clients, ensuring seamless implementation of financial trading and communications data into the platform. It combines technical delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and client interaction, while contributing to process optimisation, product quality, and ongoing market and regulatory insight.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan and execute projects to ensure the successful onboarding of new clients, delivering key outcomes and achieving signoffs at critical project milestones.
  • Ensure projects are executed with the appropriate level of governance, planning, and communication, improving stakeholder engagement and satisfaction, adhering to standards set by the PMO.
  • Assign tasks and oversee the day-to-day activities of the project team, ensuring all members are aligned with project goals and milestones.
  • Collaborate with the PMO and internal stakeholders to allocate the necessary resources, ensuring the team has the required skills and expertise to execute the project.
  • Ensure project status is effectively communicated via written and verbal channels.
  • Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for all team members involved in specific projects.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and easily accessible throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and mitigate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID), with clearly defined mitigation actions and escalation paths.
  • Actively monitor project progress against time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for the project, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment between all business functions, teams, and the client.
