Your primary responsibilities will include providing expert technical support, swiftly resolving desktop-related issues, and ensuring uninterrupted productivity for our worldwide team of end-users.

As a key player, you will take charge of managing Office 365 from a user administration standpoint, guaranteeing seamless integration and maximizing the utilization of cloud-based productivity tools. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in optimizing our systems, enhancing efficiency, and ultimately empowering our workforce to achieve their goals with ease.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Resolve level 1 and 2 support cases and work orders associated with end-user issues, encompassing both physical and cloud infrastructure, as well as project-related tasks.
Address incidents and requests spanning various areas, including Mail Application/Office 365 issues, Workstation-related concerns for both MAC and Windows platforms, Password Resets, and Networked Printer Issues, leveraging comprehensive troubleshooting skills to provide effective solutions.
Perform essential system maintenance tasks, including software and operating system patching, software version upgrades, and critical patch applications, to uphold system integrity and security.
Provide support for Active Directory operations, such as managing user accounts (addition/removal), facilitating password resets, implementing Group Policy applications, and scheduling tasks, ensuring seamless user management and system operation.
Collaborate closely with the Global Security team to uphold common security standards and other relevant regulations, contributing to the overall security posture of the organization.
Maintain internal Asset Management lists meticulously, ensuring all assets remain compliant with internal controls and compliance policies.

Key skills and experience:

Experience with core Microsoft and Apple desktop operating systems
Proficiency in Hosted Desktop and Cloud Computing
General user and email administration, including user provisioning, access management, and mailbox management
Office 365 setup and administration
Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Efficient time management and organization skills
