As a key player, you will take charge of managing Office 365 from a user administration standpoint, guaranteeing seamless integration and maximizing the utilization of cloud-based productivity tools. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in optimizing our systems, enhancing efficiency, and ultimately empowering our workforce to achieve their goals with ease.

Primary Responsibilities Include: 

  • Resolve level 1 and 2 support cases and work orders associated with end-user issues, encompassing both physical and cloud infrastructure, as well as project-related tasks.
  • Address incidents and requests spanning various areas, including Mail Application/Office 365 issues, Workstation-related concerns for both MAC and Windows platforms, Password Resets, and Networked Printer Issues, leveraging comprehensive troubleshooting skills to provide effective solutions.
  • Perform essential system maintenance tasks, including software and operating system patching, software version upgrades, and critical patch applications, to uphold system integrity and security.
  • Provide support for Active Directory operations, such as managing user accounts (addition/removal), facilitating password resets, implementing Group Policy applications, and scheduling tasks, ensuring seamless user management and system operation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Security team to uphold common security standards and other relevant regulations, contributing to the overall security posture of the organization.
  • Maintain internal Asset Management lists meticulously, ensuring all assets remain compliant with internal controls and compliance policies.

Key skills and experience:

  • Experience with core Microsoft and Apple desktop operating systems

  • General user and email administration, including user provisioning, access management, and mailbox management
  • Office 365 setup and administration
  • Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Efficient time management and organization skills
