Helping to drive positive change in our community

At SteelEye, we are passionate about inclusion, diversity, and giving back. Knowing that we have made even the smallest positive change in someone’s life makes it all worthwhile.

Our Corporate Charity - ALTSO

We are proud supporters and sponsors of A Leg to Stand On (ALTSO), a non-profit organization that provides life-changing orthopedic care to children in the developing world with limb disabilities.

There are 106 million children living with untreated disabilities in the developing world. 95% cannot afford care, and without care, 90% do not attend school.

SteelEye Running Challenge - Running for ALTSO

To support ALTSO, we run a charity event called the SteelEye Running Challenge. In this runathon, we compete against other firms to see which company can cover the most distance over the course of 5 days. The team that runs the most kilometers takes home the victory. More importantly, all participating firms donate £1 to ALTSO for each kilometer covered in the race.

We run to help raise awareness about ALTSO and to demonstrate that mobility should not be taken for granted. For children with limb disabilities, a prosthetic limb or wheelchair means access to education, employment, independence, and a better quality of life.

SteelEye is proud to be a corporate sponsor of

SteelEye The Early Careers Foundation

The Early Careers Foundation

We are proud to partner with The Early Careers Foundation. This social mobility charity aims to break the cycle of socio-economic inequality in the UK by helping young people from low-income backgrounds access great first careers. As part of this new partnership, members of our team have signed up to the Mentorship Program and will be mentoring young people.
