Now Hiring: Marketing Coordinator



We are looking for an enthusiastic person to help drive our marketing efforts and support our MAR/COM processes.

As a marketing coordinator, your responsibilities will include assisting in organising campaigns, events and other marketing activities as well as supporting the Marketing team in executing on the marketing plan

Primary Responsibilities Include: 

  • Create content including powerpoint presentations, blogs, press releases and service descriptions

  • Maintain an up to date library of marketing materials including brochures, branded goods and banners

  • Create weekly/monthly social media schedules and create and posts for our corporate channels for new content and news

  • Help organise and oversee the delivery of events

  • Support the marketing team in creating and sending marketing emails

  • Support the Marketing Director in ensuring the SteelEye website is maintained and up-to-date

  • Support the Marketing Director to increase marketing subscription base, social media following and lead conversions through targeted marketing promotions and campaigns

  • Help to manage SteelEye’s digital marketing programme

  • Help ensure that all SteelEye employees are aware of and using SteelEye’s brand guidelines for templates, fonts, colours and email signatures

  • Support Marketing Director in quarterly and annual marketing reporting

  • Other tasks as deemed relevant by the Marketing Director or SteelEye management team

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Essential Marketing qualification

  • Interest in pursuing a career in marketing

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

  • Enjoys working in a team environment and has a willingness to help wherever is needed

  • Able to work late evenings if we are organising client events

  • Innovative and creative with a pro-active attitude
